VIRTUAL Mat Pilates is an all-levels live streamed interactive class you can do from the comfort of your own home.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a very young man and then began teaching others. You’ll work the entire body, including small and large muscle groups, with a focus on proper form and alignment building strength in the entire body.

Recommended props: yoga mat, hand weights 

VIRTUAL Barre Pilates is an all-levels live streamed interactive class you can do from the comfort of your own home.  Combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training, barre (pronounced bar) is a hybrid workout class that spikes the heart rate at different intervals to scorch calories. The barre, or the back of a chair, is used as a balance aid while doing isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with small range-of-motion movements.

You can expect sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat and elongated thighs, as well as improved posture and body alignment. Every class is different with countless variations of exercises to keep your body guessing!

Recommended props: yoga mat, hand weights, something sturdy to hold on to (in place of the ballet barre) 

VIRTUAL HIIT Pilates is an all-levels live streamed interactive class you can do from the comfort of your own home. 

This class uses the high-intensity interval training technique in which you give all-out one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. HIIT has been shown to boost your metabolic rate for up to 48 hours after your workout, which means more fat burning when at rest. In this class, we aim to bring you Pilates mat exercises mixed with heart pounding, fat burning cardio. This class is a whole body workout that brings results!

VIRTUAL Restorative Pilates is an all-levels live streamed interactive class you can do from the comfort of your own home.

For the student in need of a little more TLC, this slower-paced, restorative class is rooted in Pilates fundamentals. Students will work to restore alignment, flexibility, strength, balance and stability on the mat at a pace that meets their ability.
