Meghan, originally from Lusby, Maryland graduated magna cum laude from Marymount Manhattan College in New York with a BFA in dance and an arts management minor. Alongside being a professional dancer, Meghan has been a Pilates instructor since 2009, specializing in Pilates for rehabilitation through the Polestar Pilates teacher training. She discovered Pilates through dance, and has experienced first-hand the benefits of Pilates for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Meghan has worked with clients with a wide variety of pathologies and needs, including scoliosis, spine/hip/knee issues, chronic pain, neuropathy, post op, pre/post-natal, as well as athletes and dancers. She thoroughly enjoys helping people discover the value of Pilates in their own bodies, and helping them return to activities and an increased quality of life.
When she’s not working, Meghan enjoys crocheting, baking, reading, and hanging out with her husband and their retired racing greyhound, Elwood.
